Our Rose- Gone Too Soon!

October 16, 2021
in BCD News, Featured News, My Inclusion Story

We received the news of our Rose’s passing with heavy hearts on October 6th, 2021.

Roseann Foster-Vaughan was born on August 9th, 1968, those who knew her well would all agree that she was one of the most vivacious persons they knew, she used her time on this earth well.

She was courageous, in and out of her wheelchair, which just gave her extra speed to jump into some adventures which most of us would never have the heart to try… like zip-lining.

Rose used her voice as an advocate to speak for others who often could not or would not speak up about the challenges they too often face.

Rose was a hero to many, she is missed by all who knew her.
