DESCRIPTION:In light of Menstrual Hygiene Day the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) Office for Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean\, with partners\, will be hosting a webinar discussion entitled “Let’s Talk…..Period!”\, to be held on Saturday\, May 30 2020 from 6:00 pm – 8:00 p.m. (EDT).\n\nThe session will be used to educate and empower young women and girls to have necessary conversations around menstruation and sexual and reproductive health and rights amongst themselves\, with parents and other adults. This is particularly important given the current COVID-19 context and its impacts surrounding menstrual health.
