We are happy to offer your teenager this Free Virtual (online) Teen Mental Health Programme!
Our Level Minds programme focus on reinforcing positive thinking habits and developing resilience.
Some of our sessions include: confidence building, emotion management, conflict resolution and coping skills for dealing with anger, anxiety and stress.
Mental health as well as school and work performance go hand in hand, when a teenager is in good mental health, they will generally feel more confident, content and happy with high self-esteem. This will keep them focused and motivated in school and be able to overcome challenges.
Participants can expect:
Fun interactive activities & discussion topics on issues surrounding mental wellness exclusively designed for teens 13-17!
