Sean Cooke and Christopher Gilkes are back on the rock. Did you miss them? We’re not surprised if you did, with speeds of 1.16.85 and 1.30.37 seconds respectively, our guys blew pass the competition in Lima, Peru where they qualified for the 2020 Paralympics in the Men’s 400 Meters.
Sean and Christopher are back home preparing to dominate at the upcoming Paralympics which begins 25th August 2020 in Tokyo, Japan. Each day their coach is putting them through the paces with exercise which will strengthen their core, arms and legs.

Ever heard the saying “it’s better to give than to receive” well that also applies to time. By volunteering we support an organization or cause and make a great difference in our communities. It’s also a great way to meet new people and learn about the challenges they face daily. Consider giving more than just money, give your time !
