Deanne Phillips cannot be stopped – not even by a debilitating condition that has caused her to lose countless time being bound to hospital beds.
She is one of the everyday women overcoming major challenges CBC News is highlighting from today, International Women’s Day and during March which is recognized as Women’s History Month in some parts of the world.
